There are various ways to learn photography and at Wild Eye we offer a number of photographic courses and workshops to help you start your photographic journey.
Our courses can either be done individually, as a all inclusive package or as a part of a much bigger photographic journey.
By combining a photography course, workshop and a photographic safari you will have the perfect opportunity to:
- Learn how to use your camera by doing a course
- Get practical experience in the field by joining a workshops
- Travel to amazing destinations with your camera on one of our photographic safaris
All the Wild Eye photographic courses are presented by at least one of the Wild Eye Ambassadors who are not only good at what they do but also know how to teach. We feel this is very important as it will make your learning experience so much better and give you the ability to get the most out of your course.
Wild Eye Photography Courses
All of our courses include both theory and practical components which not only will give you the opportunity to learn and photograph under the guidance of one of our experienced lecturers but also to understand how digital photography works. Our approach is to make photography fun and non-intimidating so even the most inexperienced photographers are welcome to join.
Even though our focus is wildlife and nature photography we feel it is important to understand the basics of digital photography and to that end our entry level course is the perfect place to start.

Wild Eye Photography Workshops
Once you have a basic understanding of how to use your camera one of the best ways to improve your own photography is to join one of our photography workshops.
It might seem intimidating but nothing beats spending quality photography time in the field with a group of like minded people and a facilitator to help grow your skills and confidence as a photographer.
Wild Eye currently offers the following photography workshops:
Our two core workshop will give you the opportunity to focus on both nature and landscape photography in some of the most amazing, visual destinations you can imagine. All our core workshops will be hosted and run by at least one of the Wild Eye Ambassadors so you can be assured that you are in good hands.
Apart from our two core workshops we will also host and facilitate various other, more targeted workshops presented by either one of the Wild Eye Ambassadors or other specialists in their particular field.
